Hub and axle bolts are manufactured to customer specification rather than a fixed catalogue range, since fitment tolerances vary by vehicle model.
Wheel bolts are forged in grades 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9, then checked in our in-house lab before dispatch — tensile and yield strength on Universal Testing Machines (UTM), surface and sub-surface crack detection via Magna Flux, and material composition verification via Spectro analysis.
